SGS wood pellets

wood pellets. The wood fibers are good for a variety of biomass boilers or stoves. Stable calorific value. Cheap usage cost
SGS wood pellets
1/ made of pure pine wood shavings, lath, end cutting, broken lumber core, leftover materials as well as defective and small fuel wood after crushing, screening and drying.
2/ ideal for home and industrial use
3/ bases: sawdust

Carbon
: BMF fuel contains high carbon content, easy to burn.

Hydrogen
: BMF fuel contains high hydrogen content (about 8-15%) with high volatility (about 80%). Most carbon elements in BMF combine with hydrogen to form low molecular hydrocarbons, at a certain temperature, they de-compost to give out volatiles.
Oxygen
: BMF fuel oxygen levels high (about 25 to 40%). Oxygen level of biomass fuel is significantly more than minerals coal, it makes the biomass fuel ignites easily.

Sulfur
: less than 0.02%. No need to set flue gas desulfurization equipment, thus reduce cost, and good for the environment protection.

Ash
: BMF pellet fuel using high quality wooden biomass as raw materials. The ash content is extremely low, only 1.25%.

Features
For high quality homogeneous fuel, pellets can be automatically controlled in aspects of transportation, storage and transmission and burning. The degree of convenience is comparable with light fuel.
The sealed plastic packaging for shipping is convenient, avoiding aqueous scattering and dust pollution problem of coal and other raw materials.
Fuel is highly volatile, easy to ignite and burning
When burning, it is not necessary to set flue gas desulfurization equipment, thus reducing cost, and good for the environmental protection.
