Wood pellet production line:

1. This wood pellet production line includes belt conveyor, hammer mill, Silo, efficient centrifugal pellet machine, elevator backet, Cooler, Screener, packing machine, dust collecting systerm, electric control panel and other assistant equipment.

2. The capacity is 6T/H for wood pellets.

3. The heart part of the wood pellet production line is two efficient centrifugal pellet machines which is our patent( also called vertical ring die pellet machine).

4. If your raw materail is wood logs, a wood chipper is necessary.

5. The moisture content of raw materail for pellet machine should be 15-20%, if it is higher, we need a dryer.

6. The raw materails also can be rice husk, corn stalk, straw, grass, cotton stalk, bamboo, tobacoo stalk and so on.

Every pellet production pellet line is design by us as per different customers' raw materails and different requirements.
