1.Bio fertilizer & Organic Fertilizer Complete Processing Machines

Biomass pellet mill can make compound fertilizer using ordure of poultry, swine, cattle and other farms after processing of pile up, fermentation, deodorization, and granulation. It is ideal machines for sugar-refinery, distillery, sewage treatment plant, dumping, and fertilizer plants. We are devoted to research and manufacture of complete machines for compound fertilizer with capacity 10000TPY-10000TPY. We can supply complete machines for fermentation (Trough Type, Stacked Type or Tower Type) incl. animalcule inoculability, oxygen supply, pile-turning, liquid addition, temperature and moisture control, conveying and other machines after fermentation, such as grinding, granulation, drying, cooling, sifting, bagging ,etc.

4. Fermentation & Pile-turning Machines
Fermentation is necessary for production of organic fertilizer. And a Pile-turning machine is needed for fermentation to break, mix and tumble to short en fermentation time, complete fermentation and increase fermentation quality.

Ring die
As per the ring die and roller of the wood pellet mill, we have the fine machining with the alloyed steel, such as 40Cr; And stainless steel, such as 4 Cr13.
Our heating treatment is also different from the other domestic manufacturer, our carburizing treatment make the depth of hard facing to 2mm, which improve the anti-abrasion of the ring die and roller more than 10 times.
Ring die can save the production cost heavily.
